Mike's Cliché Haiku (Clichéku)

Is the glass half full
Or is the glass half empty?
Only time will tell.

You have made your bed,
Now you have to lie in it...
'Till the cows come home.

Let sleeping dogs lie,
For every dog has its day -
Every rose, its thorn.

No guts, no glory,
All is fair in love and war...
No gain without pain.

All's well that ends well
But that's neither here nor there,
Read between the lines.

What is done is done,
We all have our cross to bear -
So grin and bear it.

Don't flog a dead horse
Or put it before the cart...
Lead it to water.

Too little too late
But better late than never -
Never say never.

 A word to the wise,
Two heads are better than one,
Think outside the box.

Walk on the eggshells
But take one step at a time -
Don't walk on thin ice.

Time and time again,
There's no time like the present -
There's no time to lose.

Be that as it may,
Whatever will be, will be...
You can't win them all.

When it rains, it pours
But at the end of the day,
Do have a nice day.
